GTX 1080 with only one of two led's labeled ej13led1 & ej13led2 on

hello! i have a client with a ROG gaming desktop with a GTX 1080. he gets windows stating that the card is unplugged and windows defaults to their drivers now. i turned the unit on and noticed two soldered led lights just below where the power plugs in (2 4 pins side by side) labeled ej13led1 & ej13led2. ej13led1 is lit and ej13led2 isn't. a problem with power? thanks for the ideas!

Yep. One of the 4 pins isn't getting power.

hello again. i swapped out the PSU, but still show the same result; no monitor and one light burnt out on the GTX 1080. can it be the card?

Sounds like it's the card. Do you have another card to confirm? That card should still be under warranty. Contact Asus support and RMA it if need be.
