Gtx 1080 with r5 1600 for £880 prebuilt or my normal system?

NOTE1: I have a 1050p 60hz monitor. I will use that if I get the GTX 1080 pc. EDIT: This monitor will be upgraded in the future.
NOTE2: I will use K70 lux and G403 wired on both systems.
NOTE3: I mainly play Overwatch but I’m planning on getting AAA titles soon such as Cyberpunk 2077 and more.

Never buy a prebuilt computer not advertising the brand and exact model of the PSU as they are most likely using a cheap crap quality PSU.
For your own built, you have chosen a weak CPU for gaming and you will not be able to run AAA titles very well. You will something like a Ryzen 5 1600 or Intel 8400 or higher for that.

The PSU is a 600W Thermaltake 80+ psu as stated in the desc of the rig. Should I get it? It’s from Cyberpower and is approximately £500 cheaper than others.
Btw, my build is a desk setup.
EDIT: I’m also ok with playing at lower resolutions if needed with the other rig. Any opinions on that as well?

It's not a good PSU. If you wanna take the risk is entirely up to you, but i cannot recommend it. They don't sell it €500 cheaper just because they like to be nice, they have saved cost somewhere like the PSU, slow and cheap RAM which is likely a single stick so no dual channel mode, no SSD, cheapest GTX 1080 model and so on.

Yep, if has the slowest memory available ( DDR$ 2133 ), a less than brilliant PSU and no Windows installed but given the generally excellent returns policy of Amazon and the power of our revised Distance Selling Regulations, I'd actually take the small risk and go for it.
Come on...A GTX1080 and decent Ryzen for that money? Even if it turns out to be total pap the OP can return it.

Yeah, that’s my plan. I could go for the prebuilt system but i cant get many accessories as shown in my build list (eg headphones or monitor)
Should I stay gtx 1060 with keyboard mouse monitor and headset OR gtx 1080 with keyboard and mouse and 1050p monitor

If your CPU of choice is the Ryzen 1200, then no need to go higher than GTX 1060 as anything higher will get bottlenecked too much by that CPU.
