GTX 1080TI @ 1080p 144hz (please reply asap)

Hello, i've recently purchased a System, cpu(7700K), 16 gb ddr4 ram,H270F motherboard
and the gpu is 1080ti (arriving on 25th of march)

And i bought a somewhat amazing 1080p gaming display ONLY cuz of the 144hz refresh rate (benQ 2411 144hz 1ms)

Then i heard some bad news which has me frustrated and mad... i heard the gtx 1080ti wont have a DVI-d port... and the dp to dvi adapter it comes with will limit my refresh rate to 60hz

now both the monitor and gpu CANNOT be returned because i got them through someone and there's no chance of returning both products..

My Question is whether an HDMI 1.4 above (if compatible with my system) OR a display port to Dvi -d will result in 144hz ?

Okay, first question.. Is HDMI 1.3 above supported on all monitors, specifically my monitor? as it has an hdmi port but im not sure about 1.3 or later versions

IF it is supported on my monitor then are you daym sure 1.3 and above hdmi versions support 144hz @1080p because i need to get rid of all the stress

yes DVI-D , im not sure but a display port to dvi-d might do the job
