gtx 1080ti 3 monitor setup please help me figure this out!?

So Im planning on upgrading my rig with 2 gtx 1080ti the asus strix and I wanna have a 3 monitor setup consisting of 2 27 144hz and 1 265hz 27 inch but im just going to use the 165hz to game on and the other 2 for browsing and other stuff not gaming will i be able to make this work??? Also i currently have a 750w power supply should i upgrade that to maybe a 850w or 1000w if im going to be running 1080ti in Sli???? Please help Internet!!

If its a quality PSU you should be fine, although to be on teh safe side a 850 would be preferable, however be aware SLI in most cases will either do nothing or give you worst performance. SLI is a dead tech almost no one does well or even supports.

As far as the multi monitors using different refresh rates it should be possible as long as you arent trying to game on all three.
