Question gtx 1080ti for 440 pound is that a good price?

I have ordered a GIGABYTE AORUS GTX 1080 Ti Xtreme 11Gb for 440 pound and it has a years warranty on it via amazon warehouse do you think thats a good price?

it is fair, I wouldn't call it a steal. but I'm not sure about the availability of GPU's where you are
