[SOLVED] GTX 1080ti low FPS on GTAV

Hello.
I ran the GTAV benchmark on my PC and my lowest fps was 43 and my highest was around 100 but most of the time it was around 60.
When i am playing the game both online and story mode most of the time the game is laggy.
All ultra settings.
Do you know why this is happening?
This seriously dissapoints me...
Pc Specs
i7 4790k
Asus Rog Strix 1080ti
HyperX 8Gb Ram
Asrock Motherboard (70euro. I dont remember the model name)
Corsair Cx750
Corsair Hydro(h80i i think)
Western Digital 1TB
Adata SSD 256

I checked temperatures and they were normal

My ram usage isnt even full when playing this game i dont think its ram..

Is it laggy or is it stuttering?
Because gta is known for being a stuttery mess of a game.
Increase your graphics settings as high as possible or limit your FPS to something sane because your GPU is very strong.

is it one stick of ram? single channel? if yes then that is likely a cause of bad performance, and modern games don't require 16gb but run significantly better with it. if you have 1 stick and you are in single channel that would be something i would address asap. you have a 1080ti, why handicap it
