EVGA gtx 1080 ti
i7 8700K
DDR4 16gb

playing games like rainbow six siege at low setting i always get low frames i just dont know what the problem is.
I see other sometimes even getting over 200 frames with older cards and im always stuck in between 100 to 150 and it terrible because i have a 144hz monitor.
Same with BO4 frames are low when the game is at lowest settings.

double check you are updated to latest drivers.

double check that you have the power cables plugged in FULLY into the GPU.

Double check that you have enough wattage from PSU for it.

Double check that windows power plan is set to high performance and that you set settings in the nvidia control panel for the card to prefer maximum performance.

Double check you don't have windows updates.

If it's been a long time since you've last restarted your PC, do so.

Also, the 1080ti is a beast of a card and running game at lowest settings may actually hurt the performance since there won't be hardly any load on it. But this shouldn't necessarily be the case for you.

Try those things I mentioned and get back with the results.
If nothing works, then we can take further steps to troubleshoot.

BTW, what is your PSU?
Make/model and wattage.

Lastly, do you have refresh rate limit set in the game settings?

Should probably check that one first.

Hey so i checked that everything was connected correctly.
Also all drivers are update.
My PSU is Corsair CX Series 750 Watt 80 Plus Bronze

I suppose you are playing at 1080P...

That's the PSU you are using with a GTX 1080Ti.....

REALLY?

Your are brave.
