Question GTX 1080TI NOT BEING DETECTED

Specs: z97 gaming 5 MSI mobo, evga 700w power supply,
32gb ram
i7 processor
GTX 1080 ti zotac. It glows up and stuff all cords are connected but it's not detecting it
I've tried mostly everything but I just reseted my PC and still same issue what could be the issue.

what does "reseted" mean?
you used the option in Windows Settings to "Reset this PC"?

are you getting a display output from the 1080 Ti,
are you using onboard graphics,
or are you just getting a "no input" error on the screen?

Yes I used the windows reset option no I'm not getting an output from the 1080 ti yes I'm using onboard graphics as to find the problem and yes I am getting no input
