GTX 1080ti OC and non-OC version

Hey there are 2 1080tis on Amazon but I'm not entirely sure of what the difference between the 2 are:

One is a OC edition so does it come overclocked, are the differences between the 2 big? Does it justify paying £20 more?

One of them shows up as temporarily out of stock and the OC is actually cheaper between the two. I'd just pick the cheaper of the two and overclock it myself. If the OC version is actually the cheaper one, then it's a win-win.

Just pick the cheaper one and OC the card yourself.
Factory OC is not that important anymore, since you can do it manually too.

as others have already said, get the cheaper one. They have the same software and cooler. The only difference I can see is the OC version has a higher OC mode boost GPU clock speed, and since you can OC them yourself, you can just (attempt to) OC the cheaper one to the same speeds.
