I am mining ravencoin on gtx 1650 Gddr6
currently I am getting 9.5mhs
but I noticed my memory clocks locked to 5000mhz and it was 6000 normally
overclocks stable at 7500mhz memory
but when mining KAWPOW its locked on 5000mhz

Solution
My thought is that you both should compare your system hardware specs to the requirements of both the GPU and KAWPOW.

And then compare your systems to each other.

Try to discover some other common factor that is locking each system into 5000 MHz.

That said, I will need to defer to someone who is successfully mining on/via a 1650 GDDR6 at a higher frequency.

What are the system hardware requirements for KAWPOW?

I found the following link:

And then there are such things as "anti-mining" locks:

This GPU?

https://www.amazon.com/ZOTAC-GeForce-128-bit-Graphics-ZT-T16520F-10L/dp/B0881YZJ45

Recommended power supply is 350 watts.

However, even new it may be that the Antec PSU 450 watts is not enough to support peak system power demands. Especially if mining and/or overclocking.

As a result, the limit could be some throttling back to protect system components.

PSU quality (design, assembly, components) and how the 450 watt capability was actually determined/established both matter.

Use the following link to do some power calculations and do your own manual wattage total as well.

Overall, my thought is that your system may not be meet the full requirements for mining. Profitably or not.

I am 100% sure it's not psu
My Friend too has 1650 GDDR6 (MSI)
And he too has same problem and he has 650watt psu
