Question GTX 1650 is showing Error 43 in Device Manager ?

The GPU shows error 43 in Device Manager on my Dell XPS 15 7590, and it isn't detected by Windows elsewhere. I've tried installing drivers from the NVIDIA website, GeForce Experience, and Dell's support site. I have reinstalled Windows, reset Windows, and updated the BIOS, but nothing has worked. I also tried repasting and replacing thermal pads. Does this mean my GPU is dead?

one of the memory chips is dead your main chip is fine if you know soldering and reballing then you are in luck
