Hey! I'm contacting you to see if you know what's the problem with my pc.

So, my laptop is an ACER NITRO 5 AN-515-43, it has gtx 1650, AMD vega 8 graphics, and ryzen 5 3550H as a CPU, even with everything set to perfomance (both NVIDIA panel and AMD Adrenalin), my fps on games, even on the lowest graphics, does'nt get above 40, and it still has alot of stuttering, games that have been happening (some examples): Bendy and The Dark Revival, God Of War 2018, Gotham Knights, Fortnite, Days Gone, Battlefield 1, Batman Arkham Knight, etc...

Do you have any idea of what could it be and how much it would be to possibly fix this?
Some extra info: high perfomance power plan already tested, ALL drivers updated, for both GPUS and CPU, game mode enabled, game bar disabled, no background apps running, i have 16 GB Ram (two 8 GB, dual channel). I can send you screenshots using MSI Afterburnner if needed.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Use Acer's support page and your laptop's serial number to see if you have any BIOS versions pending update.

Check and see if your OS has any updates. Use DDU to uninstall all GPU drivers, then source the latest drivers for your Nvidia discrete GPU off of Nvidia's support page then manually reinstall the latest driver in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

I did all of this, the bios is updated, and even after reinstalling all drivers, the performance still the same, with alot of stuttering and lags, do you have any more ideas?
