hello friends, i have a 1650 super and i5 4460 but im getting stutters like hard stutters which i dont see in youtube benchmark videos what could be the problem?
everything seems healthy and drivers are up to date.

What monitor do you have? What games are you playing that are affected.

At first glance (depending on the game), your 4c/4t can get maxed out in modern AAA games, and once it hits 100% usage, the stuttering starts.
