[SOLVED] GTX 1650 Super as fast as RX 590?

I came across this video that seemed to show the 4GB GTX 1650 Super trading wins with the 8GB RX 590 at 1080p. Does that make sense?

Also want to add that the game may work better with nvidia so thats why it is performing better.
