Question Gtx 1650 super not working

Specs: hp elitedesk 800 g1 sff, 2 tb hdd, 100gb sdd, GTX 1650 super, 26gb ram, i5 4570, 700w psu.

The gpu was working before but something happend with the motherboard and it fidnt give power to the gpu but I switched the motherboard and Same problem the pc works fine but the gpu gets no power at all someone help me with this please.
