Question GTX 1650 Super or AMD RTX 580 8G?

New upgrade, not sure if I should get one of the aforementioned. What's better performance wise.

Currently running an i7 3770 CPU

It's going to depend on the specific title(s) you play, but they're very similar in terms of performance.
The 580 will tend to outperfom in titles (or resolutions) with increased VRAM demands.

I see. My main goal is to play GTA V on decent settings and a graphics pack. I also stream so hopefully that too if possible

abouth the 1650super there is bottleneck gta v would be a good example of that
