Hello i am from India and i want to upgrade my gpu which is currently Asus gtx 960 2gb strix. I am confused between two cards gtx 1650 super and gtx 1660,here in india :

-Inno3d gtx 1650 super = 13200 INR (160$)
-msi ventus Gtx 1650 super=13700 INR(166$)
-Gigabyte gtx 1650 super =14500 INR (175$)
-Galax Card same price as MSI ventus
-Inno3d gtx 1660 = 15900 INR (192$)
-Zotac gtx 1660 =16500INR (200$)

1080p gaming 76 hz OC , will upgrade to 144hz or higher after a year or 2
Games i will be playing are Apex legends , Rainbow six siege , PUBG , Fortnite , upcoming games like death stranding , dying light and all other upcoming AAA games

200$ is as far as i can go ,i will use this gpu for like 2 years then i will be building a whole new pc so i need the card which is cheap and will be enough for 2 years gaming not more than that and i think 4gb will be enough because no new games and upcoming can be playable on ultra settings so maybe 4gb is enough . Is Inno3d makes good cards ,is there any difference in performance , are their coolers good ?what you guys suggest which is the best for my situation ?

Thank you.

A 1660 should typically be around 10% faster on average in the more graphically-demanding games compared to a 1650 SUPER, though the exact amount will vary depending on the game. It can be a bit higher in some titles, and lower in others. Both are probably fine enough cards for the money at this time.

As for the VRAM, there are next-gen consoles coming out later this year, and it's very possible that VRAM requirements may rise for many titles designed around those consoles. You'll probably be able to run just about anything coming out in the next couple years on either card, but more VRAM may allow you to keep things like texture settings turned up without significantly impacting performance.
The 1660 and 1650 Super perform very close to each other with the 1660 being a few frames ahead in most titles. The only other major difference is that with the 1650 Super you get 4GB of VRAM and with the 1660 you get 6GB, which playing at 1080P wont really be an issue for 4GB.
