Question Gtx 1660 100% usage drops to 0% and freezes for 15 seconds

I have my pc for almost a year now. I had a few problems before there were bsods but they disappeared after some time. Recetly i got a bsod again several times in a row when i booted up my pc. I had to recover it to a previous save. Now i found a game which finally uses all my gpu power (i played other games but only used 90% max.) and after a few minutes every time it drops to 0% and the game completely freezes. It doesnt overheat my gpu has never been above 65 degrees celsius. Then i ran a stress test where the same thing happened and it crashed during the test but after i ran the same test again and it ran much better but only using 10-14% of my gpu. What should I do? My other pc components are operating fine.
Ryzen 5 2600 with dual fan neptwin v2 cooler
Msi b450m mortar
2x8 gb gskill 3000mhz ram
Kingston 480 gb a1000 ssd
Fsp hyper m 600w

And also earlier when i ran userbenchmark my gpu crashed 90% of the time and when it didnt then the test said it performed way below expectations
