Question GTX 1660 MSI and Gigabyte 760

Hey, so if i put in my gtx 760 i want to use it for more monitors sense its a older card it has older ports which i have old monitors. So i wanted to use them both at the same time but only the 1660 shows up is task manager. the gpu is on because the fans are spinning and i do have the pcie power cable plugged in. Any help would be appreciated.
