Question gtx 1660 paired with 16gb of ram or gtx 1660ti paired with 8gb of ram?

He said the 2600x is a better cpu all around if your planning on overclocking.
8gb of ram is fine for most games so i would buy a 1660ti and 8gb since it will perform better in games.

yes i want to overclock it only if i could do it with the stock amd cooler and ik that i cant do it in the i5 9400f, the pc is mainly for gaming

but the stock cooler is fine for oc?
