Question GTX 1660 problem after short time

So, i buyed a gtx 1660 like 1 month ago ,who worked perfectly fine ,and then i just dont put in my pc bcs i switched another gpus ,and now thats happening, and Last time i checked it was fine , i installed drivere but i cant enter in nvidia control panel ,
