Question GTX 1660 SUPER LOW FPS

I've just installed my new GPU and tried some of my games and i noticed that some of the games are not working properly.
Spec:
I5 9400f
Gtx 1660 super
16 gb ram

Fortnite works fine just like the benchmarks videos

But I played COD MW and it gave me 40 fps in low settings, also The Forest gaves me the same thing.
CS:GO gave me 70 fps .

I tried
DDU.
Reinstall the garphics card drivers manually.

but none of them works for me
