[SOLVED] GTX 1660 TI Bottleneck?

So I was wondering if I could install a new GTX 1660 TI GPU but my CPU is a AMD RYZEN 2300X running at 3.5 GHZ would my CPU Bottleck a GTX 1660 TI as I am also planning to run DOOM Eternal at least at 1080p 60fps? and also would PSU Have enough Wattage for the card? I currently have a 600 watt PSU and my current Specs are:
AMD Ryzen 3 2300X 3.5 GHZ
AMD RX 560 2GB
8GB DDR4 RAM
And a 1TB HDD

The 2300x will limit a 1660ti at 1080p. The 2300x only has 4 threads which is a big limit.
I would concider upgrading to a ryzen 5 and 1660ti or Ryzen 5 and RX580 to save money.

What is the make and model of PSU?
