I recently built a new PC to play csgo on and was aiming (no pun intended) for 200 FPS. I have achieved that when in a private match with no bots, and it even goes to 500+ fps. When I join a game with bots or with actual people, the fps drops to around 170 - 180.

PC SPECS:
Ryzen 5 2600 (not overclocked)
Gigabyte GTX 1660 Ti Windforce OC
16 GB memory
CSGO Settings:
1440 x 1080 all low

If anyone can help me that would be great

Well, high FPS requires as much CPU as you can get. R5-2600 is a good general CPU, but isn't the fastest. If this was your primary goal, you might have gone for an i3-8350k, i5-8600k and overclocked them as high as they could go. I7-8700k or i7-9700k would be better, but quite a bit more expensive.

If you want until July 7th, AMD will be releasing their 3000 series chips, the Ryzen 5 3600 or 3600X might be the best choice on the market soon. A decent increase in IPC and clock frequency. But demand will be high, so getting one might be a bit tricky.

Overclock your 2600, should be able to get at least a few hundred mhz on the stock cooler. Also what is your memory speed, 16gb is enough but if it's slow such as 2133 or 2400 then you could be losing like 20 or so FPS over a 3200mhz kit.
My ram speed is 3000 Mhz
I OC'd my 2600 to 4.1 GHZ but see little to no increase in FPS
