Question GTX 1660 TI vs RTX 2060 vs RX 5700 XT vs RX Vega 64, which one should i get?

Hello guys, the title says it all but i'll provide some extra info.
I currently have a GTX 1660 Ti but i don't know for how long i will be able to play at ultra settings at a resolution of 1080p. I can still refund it to get a newer GPU but i basically want something that's overkill for 1080p at ultra settings (in a future i plan to upgrade to a better monitor) that will be able to let me play at ultra-very high settings on 1080p @ 60fps for at least 4 years without having to upgrade anything.

Currently i have this setup:
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
GPU: GTX 1660 TI
MOBO: Asrock AB350m Pro4
PSU: Nox Urano 650w 80+ bronze (i can upgrade)
RAM: Corsair LPX 2400 16gb 2x8

Get the RX 5700 XT. This GPU will help you to max out most of the in-game settings as well, on a 1080p 60 Hz screen..

What's the difference between all of them? i have seen a really huge boost of FPS, like i it was a 1080 or something, but i dont know to what PSU upgrade, any recomendations? +1 for RX 5700

Difference between what, all the above 4 GPU Models, or just the RX 5700 XT ?? Also, yes do not use that Nox Urano PSU brand. Get yourself some high-quality unit from reputed brands like SAESONIC, EVGA, Corsair, ANTEC, BE QUIET, FSP and other similar brands.

I suggest you to avoid using that Nox PSU.

The RX 5700 XT against all the other models, like why would you pick it over all of them. And how many watts should i have? 650 or 700?
