Question GTX 1660s, its working fine but sometimes artifact??

Kingston Fury Beast 16 GB 2666Mhz
VGen NVME 128GB, SSD 512GB
Colorful GTX 1660 Super
FSP 650 Watt 80+ Bronze

im a bit confuse , my pc seems work fine. I Can play games GTA V, RDR 2, etc. but sometimes my pc get artifact after i shutdown then turn it on again. (turn on again 1 mins after shutdown)
can someone explain to me why??

GPU artifacts are mostly harmless and actualy caused by user setings that are pushing a GPU too far and/or causing it to run too hot. That said, damage and VRAM issues are additional potential culprits and may signal a dying GPU.

aww, but i never OC it or playing like 1080p ultra. Mostly used 720p High (custom setting) since im still using 19" monitor
