Question Gtx 1660ti or Gtx 1660 For intel 2600k sandybridge

Hello Everyone

i would to know which best suitable gpu for intel 2600 k overclocked it to 4.4gh for 1080p

My Remain Components :
1-moterboard : assus p8z68 v pro ---- pcie 2 ony not 3
2-g-skills 8 gb(2x4) ram cl 8
3-ssd: samsung 250gb
4- psu : seasonic 750w

my main concern is cpu bottleneck ,

-is there a really a huge impact on fps whatever gpu used ؟

-another question , are new vram gddr6 will also make things worse with my cpu ؟
