GTX 2080 TI Compatability

I have a friend who wants to get the GTX 2080 TI but wants to know what else he needs to upgrade on his PC to get the full benefits of the card. Ive done my best to research this for him, but i am not particularly adept with computers and have been unsuccessful. Any advice is much appreciated, Regards!

He seems pretty well set.
The CPU is fast enough.
The PSU is big enough...although it takes two 8 pin plugs....so he needs that...but I'm thinking that PSU has that.
He has lots of memory.
I think it will work great as it is.
