GTX 260 Question

Would a GTX 260 be a good move for $35?
It's a 192 core version.
And will it run on this PSU?

It'll be put in a relatively light system.
Celeron G1610
8 GB of DDR3 RAM
500GB 7200 RPM Caviar Black HDD
(Maybe) The GTX 260
and (Maybe) that PSU

Considering I don't want this thread to die, I can buy a GTX 280 for $55.
Would that be even better?
