GTX 260 with accelero S1 rev 2?

Hi guys, I wanted to ask if i could fit accelero S1 rev 2 with GTX 260?
simple question

Im getting 4850 matrix, I had 8800gt with accelero S1 which is amazing cooler - cooling it down by 35degrees.. bro wants to buy gtx 260 and I would like to have him accelero S1, but we dont know if it can be fit on 260 or he needs to buy extreme 280gtx?

It does not work. Stock cooler is pretty good.
There will be coolers for that later on.
