gtx 275 or vapor-x 4890?

^ Depends on the game you play...Some games play well on ATI, some on Nvidia
Both have similar performance...

I asked the question because the seller is saying that the best is the 4890 vapor-x, despite being $ 139 more, so what you advise me?

^ IMO $139 more than the GTX 275 ? I dont think so...You should be able to get a Vapour-X for nearly the same price as a GTX 275...
Could you list the price of the cards that you are talking about and all give details about the card, like memory...

Really? I do not have the price, it will make a pc for me, but I think I'll stick with the GTX, because he is charging well over the 4890 vapor-x.
