Gtx 275 psu corsair 450vx

i was wondering if that psu 450vx can handdle the hole system .. i`m very concerned that the psu` will not handdle .. i read from reviews that it can handdle 570w ,
should i exchange it ?

1 more thing .. i ordered memory ram that has 1.8v , and p55 limit is 1.65 , i asked mushkin community what should i do and they told me i`ll lose some performance 2 get them work on p55 ,
is there a difference bettween 1600 cl7 and 1600 cl8 ?
in games will i notice it ?

Nvidia recommends a minimum power supply requirement of 550 watts for the GTX 275. Your system may become unstable with a 450w PSU.

You will not notice any difference in performance while gaming between those two memory latencies. Worst case scenario is you have to loosen the memory timings, or lower the DRAM frequency in the BIOS to 1333mhz. Even then, the performance hit in gaming is negligible.
