GTX 285 Temp and Oc process?

I have another thread about overclocking this card but that was more about program use. This one is looking for help on the actual overclock process.

There is

Core
Shader
Memory

Should I move all 3 of them till I dont crash and dont overheat? Or 1 at a time?

Also what max temp should it hit? Im not sure when to manually stop the test.

I would do each separately. OCing the memory has very little effect on performance.

Use Furmark to test stability.

Ok so far I got my core from 648 to 723 and it wont go a single number higher and I have my shader to 1480 from 1476 and it wont go much higher then that maybe a few clicks is that normal
