gtx 295 ... today

i get a 295 and 2 gb ram ddr3 for 60$ , and a friend gift me a pc with a celeron 775 e3400 with overclock to 3.5 ghz,

can i play games with that or i will need a quad core, a q8200 worth it?

i really dont care direct 11, this rig will be my last pc gaming system, i will left pc gaming soon , i just want this pc to remember old games, play 4k movies, and mess around with overclock.

well the long hystory was, i have and old 80 bronze psu with 2 x 8 pcie lines , and a friend offers me a old pc with a motherboard biostar G41D3 , with a celeron e3400 , a case almost new, keyboard, mouse, and a hard disk of 160 dvd writer , for free, and the last week i saw a offer for 50-60$ dolars, (here in mexicrap country was 60 dolars = 1000 pesos mexicanos), and i saw why no?

i really dont play games very often because im working all day , but sometimes y like to download 4K MOVIES, in mp4 and mkv from piratebay, and kick some asses with any fps, rigth now im playing tomb raider 2013 and i love it, i will buy the original game i know because multiplayer is great, even with a gtx 295 im a less than a casual gamer.
