GTX 295 vs GTX 560 Ti Soc

Hello.

I have a choice for two cards i can use. The 295 and the 560ti soc. ( almost on par with a 570 according to benchmarks )

I think the 295 is far better and probably are gonne use that.

Any arguments i shouldn't ?

Maybe because DX10 ?

Also i would like to know ; is it really 1792 MB memory ( 2x896 ), i know in sli you still have 896, with this it's different i assume because it's one card ?

i7, 870, 2.9ghz, 8G ram, CM GX750W, 1920x1080, 1 monitor.

Forget i asked, found the answer on Tom's allready. Meh ! Thought the 295 would be better . . .
