Question GTX 3070 yet low fps and struggling to run Adobe Premiere

Hi all,

This may be the wrong place to post this question, as I'm new - sorry in advance.

I recently built my first pc:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900x
GPU: Nvidia GTX 3070
MB: MSI x570 gaming plus
Boot Drive: 500gb Samsung SSD
Storage Drive: 2tb Barracuda HDD
extra fans, yada yada.

What I'm currently struggling with is two things:

1. I stream and play Call of Duty: Warzone, yet I only get between 100-110fps usually
2. When I'm editing clips my adobe premiere is struggling more than my old i5 8600 and RTX 470

I have already overclocked my cpu and unlocked my ram.

What could be causing these issues? I'm being out performed by cards/pcs YEARS older than mine.

What resolution are you playing your games at?

How full is that OS drive?

What are you temperatures? CPU and GPU at IDLE and LOAD? Are you using the stock cooler on the 3900X?

Hey, I have a similar build to yours.
Rzyen 9 3900x
ibuypower 240mm liquid cooling
ddr43200 adata xpg
Gigabyte x570 gaming x
650 watt high power 80 plus gold

I play at 1440p i get around 80-110 on average. Friend 1 got a ryzen 7 5800x with a 3070 dual fan that is overclocked. He gets around 120-130 on average. He also plays on 1440p.

Has anyone found a solution or a issue with our builds.
