I can't remember which company's website I was on, but it said their GTX 460 1GB was a PCI-e 2.0 card, but was compatible with PCI-e 1.1

What about 1.0?

I'm looking to upgrade within the next month or so, and the GTX 460 1GB is towards the top of my list, but my mobo only has a PCI-e 1.0 slot.

From the published specs:

H-RS880-uATX (Aloe)

Manufacturer: Foxconn
Form factor: uATX
Chipset: AMD 785G
Memory sockets: 4 x DDR3
Front side bus speeds: 5200 MT/s
Processor socket: AM3
Expansion Slots:
1 PCI x16 slot for graphics card
3 PCI x1 slots
1 PCI Express x1 minicard slot

The GTX 460 is an nVidia chipset, not ATI. I hope it works for you because I just bought a GTX 480 SC to put in mine! Also, the specs for my system (including that mobo) say that it will handle 2.0 PCIe.. Most of the vVidias are 2.0, the AMD/ATI's are 2.1..
