My current PC has corsair VX450 as PSU (450W, 33 Amps).

I want to buy a GTX 460 768MB card. The problem is that the PSU has only one 6-pin connector while the card has two.

Is there a way to make it work? The TDP for the card is 150W so amount of power shouldn't be much of a problem.

It says:
Minimum of a 450 Watt power supply.
Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 24 Amps.

Yes, it should be fine with your PSU, just like Lmeow said above, get dual molex (4pin) to 6pin connector...

yeah, corsair PSUs are rated lower than they can actually perform (so they get better efficiency scores). i wouldn't trust a no name PSU with such a GPU, but the corsair should be fine.

You will probably find that the GPU will come with the molex adapter you need, so i wouldn't buy one until you know what card you are buying. almost all GPUs of that price range come with a molex adapter.
