Gtx 460 and Gaming

Hello, I just got and upgrade from a hd 4670 to a gtx 460 cyclone 1g and i think i am not getting the performance i should. At dragon age 2 dx11 high setting aa and af full i get 30-44fps on 1280x1024, on just cause 2 i get 20-30 fps on MAX everything.Is it my cpu or must i update my drivers.I am planning on buying a new 22 inch screen to play 1920x1080 wil my system cope.The games i am playing are crysis 2,portal 2 deas ex H;R and just cause 2.

Cpu:Amd Athlon 2 x4 635
Ram:4gigs ddr3
GPU:gtx 460 1g cyclone
Current display and RES:Old CRT at 1280x1024
OS:Windows 7 ultimate 64bit.

Yes, you should update your drivers and make sure you have uninstalled the ATI drivers.

Crysis 2 DX11 you won't be able to max out, everything else should run close to 60 fps. Your Just Cause score is about 1/3rd of what it should be, not sure what dragon age 2 usually runs at, never played it.
