Hi guys, I have the MSI GTX 460 Hawk. After owning the card for over a year I thought about overclocking. Now before I even touched the clock speeds I check the reference clock speeds of this card. Naturally its overclock out of the box.
Now whats really bizarre is the fact that the memory clock is reporting 900MHZ. The clock speeds reported from GPU-Z are:
GPU Clock: 780mhz
Memory Clock: 900mhz???
Shader Clock: 1560mhz
However when I visit the Nvidia control panel and click on system information, it says memory clock is 3600mhz?
Is GPU-Z right or? Why is Nvidia control panel reporting 3600mhz when GPU-Z reports 900mhz? :/
Thanks a lot.
