gtx 460 not detected

i have a zotac nvidia gtx 460 gpu when i tries to connect it it does not reads i have a vga connector in my monitor so ibought a converter when i connects it it says check signal cable its fans rotating though. the only thing i note is tat i connected only one 6 pin connector on to it.also when itried to make read using onboard graphics the device manager nor the nvidia latest driver could not read it help mine is a gsonic gm45 mother board processor g3220 pentium

Your motherboard only supports PCI cards, No PCI-E. it will not take your GPU.The ATI Radeon 9000 or 9250 are about the best you'll get for PCI
