Hi guys,

I have a GeForce GTX 460 that worked fine until a few days ago.

I'm @ work so I'll keep it short and hopefully someone will be able to help me out;

+Cleaned the GPU
+New install of windows 8.1
+latest Nvidia drivers installed

Errors I've gotten up until now:

KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (bluescreen)
and DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION (bluescreen)

I'm not sure if these are related to the problem but I think they are.

It starts with the Basic Display Driver, which is active after the pc starts up. I then try to install drivers for the GTX460. Sometimes it installs the drivers and the resolution changes to normal, but sometimes when it says "Installing Graphics Driver" in the installation process the monitor goes black (the blue led light goes orange) and it says NO VGA SIGNAL (i have a connector where my VGA cable from the monitor goes it, the connector goes into the DVI port on my GPU). After it freezes I try starting up again, on the startup screen I see green lines and it usually won't startup (after windows 10 logo the monitor turns off again and it says no vga signal).

I've tried different drivers but it crashes every time (sometimes after a few minutes, sometimes after a day).

Does any one know what this could be? Is my GPU broken? Is it a driver problem? 🙁 I'm lost.

Thanks in advance!
