GTX 460 SLI problems

Hello, i recently added a second nvidia GTX 460 to my system, enabled SLi, and i get graphical glitches in games now, and i dont think i even got a performance boost! have tried reinstalling drivers, and even reinstalling the cards!

in games there are white flashing patches on the screen, or flashing grey squares which are slightly see through.

temps are not too bad, never peaking over 60

i have an I7950
6gb of 1600mhz triple channel RAM
and a corsair HX850w psu.

any help would be appreciated, thanks.

moved the sli bridge connector around, no change.

HW monitor reports the -12V rail to be around 12.1v

Create a profile for a specific game where SLI is enabled, then give that game a try. You can use GPU-Z or MSI's Afterburner to monitor both cards at once.

i don't think so.
(not totally sure)
and i recently updated my bios, with no change too.

you should really try to get a same PNY or EVGA card and see if it isnt the mixing brands. i know the brands does not matter. but just to be sure.. mabe its the motherboard
