gtx 465 superclocked vs r7 265

i recently bought a xfx ghost 265 for $120 before rebate.

i was not completely satisfied with it so I issued an rma , i lose $18 and the rebate
then i thought about my brother.....
my brother has a EVGA GeForce GTX 465 SuperClocked.

my brother mainly does gaming with a 768p television .
would my r7 265 be alot better than his gtx 465 ??
would it be worth it for me to give the 265 to him instead of returning it?????

The R7 265 is the superior card. He would see quite a nice performance boost over the GTX 465.

The R7 265 is essentially a rebranded 7850 and I couldn't find a comparison with the GTX 465 (it's performance is comparable to the GTX 460)
