GTX 550Ti upgrade

Hello, I am looking to upgrade from my 550Ti to something with a little more oomph, as I find it doesn't quite do everything I need it to.

I am looking to spend under $250, any suggestions?

Hi. GTX 660 or HD 7870 and spend the rest of it on a quality PSU if you don't already have one.

I would suggest either a 660 Ti Superclocked or just superclocked or a 7870.
However , the 660's reference card design isn't the nice and I find that it overheat's quite easily.
Never had a 7870 but I've heard they are quite good!
