I have a Geforce GTX 560 card with 2 x DVI, HDMI and Display Port and I'm using windows 10.
Any combination of DVI & HDMI using "Two" monitors will display without a problem.
The problem is How Can I get the "3rd" monitor to display in
windows 10?
When using BOTH DVI with HDMI, the windows 10 "Customize Your Display" identifies the monitors as 1 & 3 only.
Here is the card info:
ZOTAC GeForce GTX 560 DirectX 11 GTX560-1GBD5-PB-2R 1GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
Core Clock: 820 MHz
Max Resolution: 2560 x 1600
DisplayPort: 1 x DisplayPort
DVI: 2 x dual-link DVI-I
Model #: GTX560-1GBD5-PB-2R
