GTX 560 goes to 99% usage when in sleep mode

Alright so i just reinstalled windows 7 and I also installed the new Nvidia graphics drivers 280.26 and it seems with the upgrade after putting the computer into sleep mode for a few mintues it seems that it has a problem and the graphics cards usage goes up to 99 percent till i get the computer out of sleep mode. I really think it is a driver issue because with the 275 drivers installed everything was working fine.

The first thing I'd try is this:

1) Remove the new NVidia drivers and reboot
2) download and run an up-to-date NVidia driver clean tool and reboot
3) reinstall the latest drivers

i installed the old 275 drivers and it worked fine
so you think its a driver problem
