And the 7850 card you linked to has a better cooler than the 560Ti, yet another reason.

yes get the 7850. it uses less power and is higher performing. if you need CUDA, then get the 448core. if not, get the 7850.

personally i would just wait it out and get a gtx660 or 660ti when it comes out in the summer

basically it is nvidia's way to use its arcitecture to do tasks such as video rendering and that kind of stuff. it is not very relevant to full time gamers but is useful for the people who use video cards to render graphics and movies.
