GTX 560 Ti Issues

Hi there, I'm currently running a PC thats aging quite a bit but has a GTX 560 Ti and i5-2500k. Up until now it has bee running fine with no issues (built in 2012). However, recently I have had issues where when booting up any game the drivers will crash and after they recover MSI afterburner will drop to 0% usage and the fans won't increase speed if I use them. On top of this after a crash Geforce Experience will say that the graphics card is unknown. If i restart this solves the issue only until it crashes again which it does every time a game is opened. I am wondering if this is a case of the card dying or if its fixable. I have attempted to clean install the drivers but it makes no difference. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like the card is dieing unfortunately.

On the bright side, you CPU is still good so you can upgrade to a newer card if you wish.
