gtx 560ti not detecting in gigabyte B85M-D3H pcie 3.0

Hi,

I recently upgraded my pc except graphic card and PSU
processior: i5 4690
motherboard: gigabyte B85M-D3H has one pcie 3.0(x16) and one pcie 2.0(x4)
PSU: cooler master 750w
GPU: gtx 560ti
RAM : 8gb ddr3 1333Mhz

the graphic card is not detected in the pcie 3.0(x16) but works fine with pcie 2.0(x4). is this problem with GPU compatibility with pcie 3.0 or motherboard pcie 3.0 is faulty. please help me on this as I need to go for replacement if its faulty

1) Check the cpu socket for bent pins or not.
2) Update the BIOS from gigabyte, and intel chipset driver from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/20775 because the chipset driver comes with the pcie controller driver.
If you done those, and you still have problem, and it means that pcie3.0 x16 on your MB has problem.
